Customer Services

Clients are assigned a team of customer service representatives to handle your account. They are your principal point of contact and will handle all of your needs. You should discuss incoming freight, projected shipments, when freight will be available, what needs to be done to the freight once it is received. Are there any necessary changes that needs to be done to the inventory. Does a work order need to be initiated to make the product shippable? They will also handle any vendor compliance issues as well as inventory reconciliations and physical counts.

After CLS has implemented the most successful communication environment, they will document and train with the client's staff to maximize the interface between companies and systems.
